Im yuko miura from japan. I stayed at your hotel last week. I really had a good time at your hotel. Staff is very frendly and kind and felt care....

i hope you're fine. the ladies that had problems, are now back in switzerland. they could fly via japan and paris and landed savely in switzerland. i had a talk with them and firstly they told me that they did like their stay at the hotel very much. so from this side all was fine, thank you again for taking care of our clients. The lady, who was sort of in charge of the small group told me, that she did ask your reception lady to reconfirm the flights and that the lady told her that all was fine. but also, she noted, that the lady at the reception did not ask for the flight tickets. looking back at the problems at the airport. Our client now figures that your lady did only check with vietnam airways if the times of the flight remained the same. when reconfirming it is important that you check the booking of each client. not only the times of the flight but also checking if the name is on the passenger list. In the end we were happy that the clients could fly back but i wanted to mention this in particular.
 I thank you very much for taking note of this remark and let me express that we are very happy with the service you give our clients. lets hope for more bookings for the good of both companies.

This is Ms.Sun Ju Park from S.Korea. I and my husband is well back in my country after the great trip at Hanoi and Halong Bay.

I would like to send Thank you message to you and all of your staffs in hotel Continental.

I also want to leave some message for expected quests in the future.

I stayed at Hotel continental in Hanoi from 1st May to 4th May 2010.

The hotel manager arranged airport pick-up service, 1night 2 days trip to Halong bay and nice rooms in Hanoi with the best price.

It helps me to save a lot of time for searching travel agency  on the street and doing price negociating.

Because of the hotel manager is very experienced and he knows what WE WANT TO. He offers tour, taxi and hotel room charge on the fair price without bubble.

If you come and visit to the Continental hotel then you could see how much the hotel staffs try to help us to get a good trip with their best price.

I have gotten the feeling that the staffs try to give me a good imagination fo Veitnam too. This is the most impresive part that I have felt from the hotel.

The hotel staffs work in professional way.

 About the hotel rooms... it is big and VERY clean.

 Hotel location... the hotel is 10 min from the market. It is quite near at the market.

Even though the place is quiet comparing to other hotels in or near the market or town. This is one of reason why I recommand you to stay this hotel.

It is located in convenient distance, plus it is quiet... And the price is really fair enough.

Of course, you guys can walk down to the Hoankiem lake by foot. Everything is in walking distance.

 Hotel breakfast... wow... I took a picture for my blog. Everybody will get frest fruit ,warm fried egg, hot bread, milk and yogurt.

And they prepared Veitnam style breakfast too. You can choose among 3 breakfast options.

 I and my husband talked about the impression of Veitnam on the flight to Korea.

We both talked about the best impression was the staff in the hotel continental.

I'm not doing sugar coating on the hotel. We really want to say thanks to all of staffs in the hotel continental.

You save my time and helped a lot of my trip perfectly.

 I felt that the best trip always goes with warm welcoming from the LOCAL people.

 If anyone else who is struggling with Veitnam trip to Hanoi and Halong bay in tight budget then...
